ICB (Projects) Ltd, specialising in the Design, Supply & Installation of Solar PV & Green Roofs, is looking for a passionate and experienced Projects Office Manager. This is a permanent position and salary will be DOE. Working hours: 39 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm / Fri 9.00am - 4.00pm Key Responsibilities: · Ensure good communication with, Suppliers, Customers, Installation Team and Projects Team · Ensuring accurate records are in place from enquiry to completion · Supervising the administrative duties of Projects Team · Responsible for ensuring good customer service through the efficiency of the team · Dealing with any complaints internal or external · Understand, implement and review as necessary ICB Projects procedures and policies · Reporting and providing feedback to CEO/MD as required · To update the customer database regularly and routinely.
