CRG are looking for a Commerical Cleaning Business Development Manager Scope of Role: The role of Business Development Manager will be responsible for a mixture of account management and large-scale project conversion, focusing on selling our Clients Commercial Cleaning expertise across a range of large-scale contract clients. This role will manage existing clients while hunting for new business opportunities. Main Responsibilities • Take responsibility for the commercial success of existing customer base as well as new, through pro-active engagement, development and management. • Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes and business presentations. • Manage tender submissions and paperwork. • Develop and deliver a strategy that builds first-class business relationships and increases selling opportunities across all service lines. • Managing multiple new prospect projects simultaneously with a high degree of organisation to ensure all prospects maintain regular communication and progress on their projects. • Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them • Work with the Marketing team to create and implement these marketing strategies. Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required: • A level or equivalent, especially in English and Maths • Minimum of 5 years of Business Development experience in a senior-level position • Exceptional negotiation, persuasion and judgment skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning • Leadership and management skills • Strong presentation skills
