We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Business Analyst to join our team in Minworth/Birmingham.
How you will contribute
* Maintain and prepare ERF requests and share tracker reports.
* Manage the banked hours process, including formulating stand-down/stand-up notices and briefings, tracking hours banked and age of hours in line with process guidelines.
* Prepare and facilitate MBR/QBR governance and S&OP meetings, including action tracker management.
* Manage local vendors and consumables orders.
* Act as the focal point for all business data and reporting transactions.
* Collate weekly/monthly plant scorecard data and oversee review schedules.
* Gather plant roll call data weekly/monthly and prepare month-end P&L data inputs.
* Handle SAP invoice administration, including MIR5 reporting and GR order processing.
* Monitor and report on contractual/service provider performance against KPIs.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
What you will bring
* Degree-level education (preferred).
* Excellent written and spoken English skills for effective communication.
* Mathematics skills at GCSE grade C minimum.
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
* Ability to work effectively with frequent distractions and changing priorities.
* Personal confidence, positive attitude, and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
