Full-time member of staff (school hours considered) to join a small team. The successful candidate will manage the successful implementation and co-ordination of the office's administration. The role requires someone who applies their keen attention to detail and has excellent organisational skills using their experience of a range of Microsoft Office software. Responsibilities include: Answering and directing phone calls Responding to emails with confidence, professionalism and courtesy Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Preparing contracts Monitoring key dates to ensure legal compliance Assisting in clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents Generally ensuring all office administration is completed accurately, often within tight timescales Supporting the small team in completing a variety of tasks to ensure excellent service levels are maintained The ideal candidate will be: Happy to be office based in Rugby town centre, but also open to completing site visits and ad-hoc tasks Friendly, outgoing and able to adapt quickly to different types of people Self-motivated with a focus on delivering excellent customer service Naturally enthusiastic, energetic and articulate with a positive attitude and a pragmatic approach Commercially aware, able to listen, influence and persuade Comfortable using Microsoft applications - Outlook, Excel & Word A full clean driving licence is also required.
