As a Process Server, you will be directly responsible for the swift and professional personal delivery of legal documents from the Courts/Clients to Respondents.
This is a freelance contracting position, geared towards individuals looking to work full-time as a process server or supplement their income (part-time) Highly rewarding and interesting work for the right candidates. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and organise court documents for service
Plan daily routes to serve documents
Liaise with the administrator, applicants, respondents, and outside agencies
Professionally serve documents to respondents
Provide regular service updates to the administrator
Prepare and write statements

Essential Requirements:
Enhanced CRB
Good standard of written and spoken English
Reliable Vehicle with a clean driving license

Route App user
Proficient with Technology / Social Media
Access to a good internet connection
Access to Computer and Printer
Education:
A-levels (equivalent) or higher
Ideal Candidates:
This role suits individuals with experience working face-to-face with the public and dealing with difficult individuals and situations. Must have an inquisitive and investigative mindset. Ideal candidates we are interested in are current Process Servers, Private Investigators, Ex-Military Ex-Police, Ex-Prison Service, Security (SIA), Bailiffs, and Warrant Officers.
We also welcome candidates who feel they meet our requirements and have relevant experience, as training will be provided.
