Job summary This is an exciting opportunity for a Midwife to work within the Tair Sir/Three Counties Community Team that would include Crymych, Cardigan, Newcastle Emlyn, Llandysul, Llanybydder and Lampeter areas, providing all aspects of midwifery care for women and their families in the community setting of rural Wales. The Team are extremely supportive and encouraging of each other enabling one another to develop and progress within their roles. Main duties of the job You will be key in providing and increasing Midwifery Led Care and promoting home births and supporting the Midwifery Led Care Unit at Glangwili General Hospital, Carmarthen. You will also be the co-ordinator of care for high-risk pregnancies working closely with the multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a high quality seamless service.
