Group MIS Manager
Our Tamworth based client is looking for a Group MIS Manager to join their team.
Your role would involve leading the MIS team to manage and optimise business software systems, including ERP, WMS, and CRM, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Key duties include team management, performance oversight, and professional development. Responsibilities extend to software ownership, compliance, updates, vendor management, and security, ensuring adherence to standards like GDPR. The role also focuses on business process improvement, cross-department collaboration, training, and user support. Additionally, the position includes developing analytics and reporting tools, monitoring KPIs, and driving innovation through research and implementation of emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and decision-making across the organisation.
As a Group MIS Manager, you will need to have/be:
Batchelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field
Experience in software management and vendor management, with experience in ERP, CRM, WMS and similar systems
In-depth knowledge of software systems and experience managing vendor relationships
Exceptional communication, project management and team collaboration abilities
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
Expertise in data security practices and managing backup solutions
Advanced understanding of computer hardware, software, protocols and systems
Extensive experience working with large scale systems and databases
Comprehensive understanding of data security policies and procedures
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with strong project management expertiseDetails:
