Job overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide high quality education and support to registered nurses at UHNM.
The post holder will provide pastoral support to international nurses and newly registered nurses and will actively participate in the preceptorship programme.
The post holder will be responsible for the development and delivery of education programmes for registered nurses and will work closely with other teams in the nursing education department.

* Act as a role model in all episodes of interaction with Trust staff, patients, carers and members of the public
* Work in partnership with staff from clinical areas
* Use high level communication skills and have an ability to engage with colleagues
* Network with colleagues to enable delivery of varied education and training programmes
* Can arrange teaching programmes for a large group of people whilst ensuring that information is delivered to an excellent standard
