Set-Up Operative- Precast Factory (Worksop)
Location: Worksop
Pay Rate: £14-£15
Overtime: Available after 39 hours

We are currently recruiting for a Set-Up Operative for Moulds to join our team at our Precast Concrete Factory in Worksop. This role is ideal for someone with experience in mould setting or a strong desire to learn and work in the precast industry.
As a Set-Up Operative, you will be responsible for preparing and setting up moulds for concrete production, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Setting up, adjusting, and maintaining moulds for the precast concrete production process
Reading mechanical drawings
Ensuring all moulds are cleaned and prepped correctly before use
Collaborating with the production team to ensure the correct moulds are used for each job
Troubleshooting and resolving any mould-related issues that may arise during production
Adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe, clean working environment
Ensuring moulds are in perfect condition to ensure high-quality products are producedWhat We Offer:
