As a Regional Sales Manager joining the well established UK Sales team, you'll have the chance to champion our client’s diverse product line, engaging with a range of clients from Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers to OEMs and end-users.
This role is tailor-made for individuals with a hunter mentality and a background in solution selling, especially those with experience in MRO or industrial product sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Development: Leverage your solution-oriented approach to identify and develop new business opportunities within your designated territory, both independently and in partnership with your Internal Sales and Account Management colleagues.
* Account Management: Maintain and grow your existing customer base while effectively introducing new products from our ever-expanding portfolio.

Experience Required:
* Technical knowledge in areas such as industrial products, phosphates, chemicals, composites, polymers, or paints is beneficial but not essential.
* Preferably, you have field sales experience.
* Background in manufacturing, industrial products, or engineering sales is advantageous.

Home-based with travel required to meet clients.
