As a Graduate Failure Analysis Engineer, you will be responsible for investigating and analysing product failures to identify the root causes and develop appropriate solutions. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to analyse failed components and develop testing methodologies to ensure product reliability and performance. This is an entry-level position, suitable for recent graduates with a strong background in engineering and a passion for problem-solving and analysis. General Responsibilities Participates in the evaluation of the electrical and mechanical characteristics of systems and/or integrated circuits, components, sub-components and systems to determine the cause of failure. Assists with analyzing failure reports and recommends corrective action. Develops methods, processes, procedures and equipment that will improve the failure analysis process and/or reduce failures Conducts detailed analysis of failed components and systems to identify root causes of failures. Meet and exceed internal and external Service Level Agreements Maintain daily productivity/workflow reports Maintain, review and update process documentation regularly Participates in reviewing current processes and implements new processes as required Ability to read blueprints, specifications and engineering changes Experience / Qualifications A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers.
