Responsibilities
1. Providing a pre-legal service to clients.
2. Answering incoming calls from both clients and debtors.
3. Taking new instructions from clients.
4. Issuing claims using a statement provided by the client and entering judgement on client’s instructions.
5. Reconciliation of ledgers, paying out to clients weekly and monthly.
Qualifications
The ideal Administration Assistant will have collections or credit control experience coupled with administration skills.

The hours of work are Monday – Friday, 09.00 – 5.30pm.
