We are recruiting an experienced, enthusiastic and committed Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our office manager in the operational running of the school office. This position is for 24 hours over 4 days a week, 38 weeks of the year. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors, so an ability to reflect the school ethos and values will be essential. We require a person who is a real team player, confident and independent in their role, and a person who is thoughtful and articulate.
Managing communications and supporting the Office Manager with the day-to-day running of the office will require someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a positive team player with experience within a busy workplace environment.
A good knowledge of ICT is essential.
