Our Client is a leading Company within their industry and primarily deal with the new build housing market. The primary goal of the Business Development Manager is to develop existing relationships with a network of builders and proactively bring in new business. The BDM will seek opportunities not only in the new build housing market but also in sectors such as: holiday parks, Buy to let and retirement living. The role is remote-based with significant travel required to visit builders at their offices and sites, along with occasional visits to head office.
