1st Line IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities
1. Respond to user queries via phone, email, and chat
2. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

5. Install and configure new software
6. Provide technical support and guidance to users
7. Document all support interactions
8. Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff
