What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Assistant HSE Engineer, you will:
Support the Site Management Team in implementing the 3 P Plan (People, Plant, and Processes).
Develop and implement project-specific HSE procedures and arrangements.
Ensure compliance with statutory and legislative HSE requirements, reporting non-compliances as necessary.
Assist in the development of pre-construction information and construction phase safety plans, ensuring compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM).
Assist in contractor management, including selection, review of method statements and risk assessments, and site monitoring.
Provide guidance on all HSE matters, including induction training and monthly performance reporting.
