Job Description The Project Management Team Leader is responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of high-impact, strategic initiatives selected to propel CGA's expansion into new markets and facilitate sustained, double-digit revenue growth. With our PMO in a pivotal phase of maturation, this team lead will work to refine and enhance existing processes whilst building new frameworks that align with our evolving needs. The PMTL plays a critical role in securing alignment with and buy-in from senior stakeholders to our PM process, ensuring that our approach to project management supports the broader strategic vision of CGA. This leader thrives in dynamic environments and has a passion for shaping high-performing teams to deliver transformative product and capability launches. Main Duties & Responsibilities Leadership · Establishes appropriate departmental KPIs and objectives and is accountable for Project Manager performance. · Communicates business direction, policy and purpose where these may drive or affect employee engagement; provides guidance to individuals on long-term development goals and career opportunities · Analyses Team operations; draws up and is accountable for delivery of improvement plans, Structures department to deliver on company strategy and program plans Stakeholder Management & Communication · Influences organisation, customers, suppliers, partners and peers on the contribution of own specialism · Ensures clear communication of delegated tasks and provides sufficient autonomy to motivate and empower individuals · Advises on the available standards, methods, tools and applications relevant to own specialism and makes appropriate choices from alternatives Service Level Management · Defines and is accountable for the delivery and achievement of the quality standards associated with department’s processes, practice and services to stakeholders. · Ensures that project delivery is monitored effectively and that identified actions to maintain or improve levels of service are implemented Project & change management · Works closely with the PMO Director to ensure and maintain alignment of the project management function to the portfolio plan. · Accountable for the delivery of PMO projects as defined within the portfolio plan including allocation of project management resource and escalation of risks/issues. · Collaborates effectively with the Business Analysis team to ensure project managers have everything they need to succeed KEY REQUIREMENTS: · Minimum 5 – 8 years project management experience, inclusive of 3 years of previous leadership experience within the hospitality or FMCG industry · Strong experience in a client-facing role, preferably from the Market research industry or from FMCG clients or hospitality. · Knowledge of Project management methodologies or frameworks and tools (waterfall, MS projects), Strong presentation skills. · Ability to build trust and engage with the colleagues and various teams.
