Chief Financial Officer | London | Competitive Package | Hybrid
SRG is seeking a Chief Financial Officer with 25+ years of experience in financial leadership roles within large multinational companies for a substantial “old economy” multinational group of companies headquartered in the UK. This role offers a very competitive remuneration package and involves regular meetings in London and various European locations. Interim/permanent appointment. You will be ACA qualified and have a strong background in managing banking and trade credit insurance relationships in multiple UK and European jurisdictions.

What You Will Be Doing
• Bringing gravitas and extensive experience to represent the group in high-level meetings with UK and European banks and trade credit insurers.
• Leading and managing a large group accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to the board.
• Overseeing the preparation of consolidated group accounts.
• Contributing to strategic discussions with the board.
• Overseeing financial initiatives to support the company’s goals.
What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
• ACA qualified.
• 25+ years of experience in financial leadership roles within large multinational companies.
• Strong background in managing banking and trade credit insurance relationships in multiple UK and European jurisdictions.
• Proven track record of managing and heading a large group accounting function.
• Experience in reporting to the main board.
• Ability to handle complex financial issues with calm rationality and strategic insight.
• Ability to engage with a diverse stakeholder group.
