Your Role & Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a high-quality supported living service
Ensure compliance with CQC and local authority requirements
Support individuals with diverse needs to live safely and independently
Manage, train, and motivate a team of support workers
Build strong partnerships with housing providers, commissioners, and stakeholders
Implement robust safeguarding and risk management processes
What We’re Looking For:
✔Proven experience as a Registered Manager in supported living or a similar role
✔Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, housing, and tenancy rights
✔ Excellent leadership and people management skills
✔ A passion for person-centred care and empowering independence
✔ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
✔ A proactive, solution-focused approach
