Paramount Personnel are recruiting for an experienced Assistant Reservations Manager to join its client, a luxury hotel in the Scottish Highlands. Working in a luxury hospitality environment, previous experience from a 4/5* boutique is highly desirable.
As Assistant Reservations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the reservations department. You will be a highly organised and approachable individual, with exceptional attention to detail and fantastic customer service skills.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing and optimising our Opera Cloud booking systems.
* Handling reservations enquiries through phone, email, and online platforms.
* Maximising upselling revenue opportunities.
* Providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive booking experience.
* Collaborating with other departments including F+B, housekeeping, and maintenance.
* Training and coaching reservation staff.
Due to the nature of the role and the establishment, it is essential you have previous experience in a similar role and are able to work well under pressure.
