JGA are delighted to be working with a successful professional services organisation looking to add a HR & Payroll Administrator to its team.
Responsibilities include:
1. HR system development and updates
2. Supporting new starter and leaver administration
3. Supporting the administration of payroll
4. Calculation of salary sacrifice for payroll benefits
5. P11Ds, electronic filing
6. Administration of probationary meetings and any salary reviews
7. Complete the administration process of sickness absence management
8. Respond to staff queries or escalate to a member of the HR team where necessary
Skills & experience required:
1. Organisational skills and time management
2. Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
3. In depth knowledge of Payroll and legislation
4. Ability to work under pressure
5. Excellent verbal and written communication
6. Good Excel / Word skills
7. Ability to pick up new systems quickly
