Key Responsibilities

* Lead on management accounting for specific faculties or services, providing insight and challenge to senior stakeholders.
\t
* Produce accurate and timely monthly accounts, forecasts, and variance analysis.
\t
* Support budget-setting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
\t
* Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
\t
* Partner with non-finance stakeholders to inform and support decision-making.
\t
* Contribute to process improvement and financial reporting initiatives.
\t
* Mentor junior finance team members.
Candidate Profile
\t
* Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
\t
* Proven track record in management accounting or financial business partnering.
\t
* Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
\t
* Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments (public sector or education desirable).
\t
* Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working under pressure.
