Job Description
We're recruiting a SUPERB position for a client with offices around the UK but this role will suit anyone in the Midlands (Derby, Nottingham, Leicester, Birmingham, Burton on Trent etc) looking for a hybrid (2 or 3 days in the office) opportunity with a huge steer towards insights and analytics. This could really suit someone from an agency background or even from a consultancy where you've acted as an advisory or consultant within insights and data analytics to feed into marketing campaigns.
Our client is a leader in their field and they are looking for a campaign manager to work within a centralised team and to communicate out to the delivering teams insights and data to help influence the marketing / brand / creative campaigns.
You will:
* Use data to provide actionable insights to make recommendations to create the campaigns to the various audiences of the brands
* Evaluate and report back on all data and insights and performance of campaigns to continually tweak activities
* Evaluate the performance of in venue changes (special menus/ events etc)
* Review campaign performance vs group objectives / KPIs and alignment with individual campaign KPIs
* Consolidate and analyse data from various channels (digital, social, email, customer and traditional media)
* Report into various teams across the business - acting like an advisory / consultant / inhouse agency
* Work in a small but well formed team to deliver the campaigns
You will bring:
* Strong data analytics and insights experience
* Confidence to present to wider teams and understand the importance of data analytics for campaign performance
* Be a great story-teller!
* Experience can be from a similar industry (B2C - consumer / leisure/ retail / hospitality) or from a sector that has relied heavily on the consultancy / insights / campaign lead background or Agency.
