In this role, you will:
* Be the go-to expert for all employee relations (ER) matters, helping managers navigate challenges like performance issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions with confidence and care.
* Take ownership of a diverse range of ER cases, ensuring fair, timely, and legally compliant resolutions that balance company policies with employee well-being.
* Empower managers to lead effectively by delivering impactful training and coaching sessions, creating a supportive and inspiring workplace culture.
* Shape the future of our organisation by reviewing, updating, and implementing policies that reflect our values and drive a positive employee experience.
* Use your insights to influence strategy—analyze ER trends, report key findings, and propose proactive solutions that fuel our business growth.
* Make an impact on engagement—collaborate with the People team to design and deliver initiatives that boost morale, strengthen retention, and foster a thriving workplace.
* Drive innovation in ER processes by leading or contributing to projects that improve efficiency and create meaningful change for our people.
