Overview:
Our client is an innovative, entrepreneurial business supplying consultancy services into mid market light commercial vehicle fleet operators across the UK. They are brand agnostic and able to provide their customers with tailored solutions across their commercial vehicle fleets that suit business needs and manage costs. As they continue to grow rapidly, they are now seeking to appoint a Head of Sales to manage their field based sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, motivate and mentor a field based team providing commercial vehicle fleet solutions to SME customers.
Oversee key metrics that determine team productivity and efficiency.
Put in place and embed new sales processes to enable the team to be more effective.
Utilise your own network of contacts within the SME Fleet market to close deals.
Build effective relationships with commercial vehicle supply routes including key manufacturers.
Look for opportunities to continually grow reach and networks on behalf of the business.
Work closely with business owners to help shape the strategic direction of the business going forward.
Person Specification:
An accomplished sales management professional with experience in the commercial vehicle sector.
Previous track record in facilitating sales growth through the effective management and development of a fleet sales team.
