Certikin International is the UK's leading manufacturer and distributor of swimming pool and spa equipment. As a Credit Controller at Certikin, you will be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding payments from our clients. You will work closely with various departments to ensure timely payment of invoices and maintain healthy cash flow. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments Chasing overdue debts Daily allocation of receipts including BACS, card and for GBP, USD and Euro accounts Releasing customer orders Sending out monthly statements Management of a Dunning Process Verify discrepancies and resolving queries in a timely manner Raising ad hoc credits and invoices Liaising with internal departments to ensure a first-class service is provided to all customers/accounts Working alongside dedicated sales executive to obtain payment and resolve outstanding queries Assisting with month end procedures and financial reporting Assisting in the development and implementation of process improvements Requirements: Proven experience as a Credit Controller or similar role Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good knowledge of MS Office and accounting software Salary & Benefits We are offering a salary of £28,500 - £30,000 depending on experience, plus 25 days holiday bank holidays which increases by 1 day for every 3 years service, up to a maximum of 28 days per annum. We provide a 4% pension contribution, discretionary bonus scheme as well as free parking.
