Responsibilities:
Contract Management:
Craft, evaluate, negotiate, and execute various contracts related to fit-out and refurbishment projects.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters.
Maintain accurate records of correspondence and documentation related to existing and ongoing contracts.
Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate contract information effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
Present updates, renewals, and extensions to relevant parties.
Problem Solving:
Address any contract-related issues that arise, both internally and with external parties.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Project Oversight:
