This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving membership growth and leading the sales strategy. You will inspire and manage a high-performing team to exceed sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is an interim position with potential for extension based on performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to attract new members and increase revenue. Lead and motivate a sales team to consistently achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets. Build strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and secure long-term memberships. Manage inquiries and bookings with speed, professionalism, and a focus on conversion. Deliver engaging tours and consultations to showcase the facility’s benefits to potential members. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute successful sales campaigns and promotions. Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports to identify opportunities for growth. Work closely with reception and customer service teams to ensure a seamless sales process. Ideal Candidate: Proven track record in sales leadership, with a focus on exceeding revenue and membership targets. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset. Experience in coaching and managing high-performing sales teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail.
