We’re seeking an experienced Procurement Operations Manager to drive procurement strategy, manage supplier relationships, and ensure efficient processes.

The Role
* Lead and develop the procurement team, ensuring best practices.
* Oversee procurement for corporate services and operational projects.
* Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance.
* Manage supplier relationships and optimise procurement strategies.
* Maintain and enhance procurement systems (P2P, CMS).
* Support audits and ensure procurement efficiency.
What You Need
* Strong procurement experience, including team leadership.
* Experience working within engineering/renewables or construction projects.
* Expertise in supplier management and financial oversight.
* Knowledge of procurement systems and processes.
* Degree in procurement, supply chain, or business.
* CIPS Level 4 Diploma or equivalent.
