Job Title: No1 Site Manager - Fit Out Projects: Warehouse- Internal Fit out Location: Bognor Regis Duration: 8 weeks Start: 21st Oct Client They are a Main contractor who predominantly work in the Shop fitting / retail sectors. Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated freelance Site Manager with extensive fit out experience to support the current team and help oversee the refurbishment and fit out works of a commercial warehouse building for circa 8 weeks. You will be responsible for several area's, managing and driving sub contractors, daily diaries and updates, ensuring that project is run smoothly, whilst maintaining the highest standards of health and safety. Responsibilities: Oversee all on-site activities, Monitor progress and address any issues that arise during the phases. Manage all aspects of the health and safety on site. Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
