What you will do:
1. Utilize your highly specialist clinical skills to manage a caseload of children with complex difficulties in speech, language, communication, and/or eating and drinking (dysphagia) as well as AAC.
2. Identify, assess, and diagnose communication and swallowing impairments and independently determine appropriate interventions for effective treatment.
3. Develop the school's Communication Charter by identifying suitable universal, targeted, and specialist levels of support.
4. Provide guidance and whole school training in functional communication, covering receptive, expressive, and interaction skills.
5. Collaborate with schools to enhance communication support provision, identifying strengths, gaps, and training needs to develop comprehensive plans.
Requirements:
1. HCPC Registration required
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience
3. Car driving is preferable
