The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Business Support Manager to work in the team supporting the British Business Bank’s subsidiary ‘Patient Capital Advisory Services’, which will include the new British Growth Partnership initiative.
The purpose of this role is to provide high level professional PA and organisational support to the Managing Partner, Patient Capital Advisory Services (PCAS) and to work closely, and support the PCAS and British Growth Partnership (BGP) team to ensure the delivery of their strategic objectives.
This role involves working closely with the Managing Partner to ensure that all related activities, both internal and external, are effectively coordinated, escalated and delegated as appropriate. The role also involves focusing on maintaining strong stakeholder relationships as well as providing proactive and efficient organisational support to the wider PCAS and BGP team, assisting in the running of a high-functioning team.
To be considered for this role you must have experience managing complex diaries and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills. You will also have previous experience of supporting at Exco/Senior Leadership Team level and ideally, a good understanding of regulatory practices.
You will also be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Office.
