Our client is a successful business that is currently going through significant growth. They are based in Romsey and require travel to their offices but offer a hybrid model of working.
Job Description
As the Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for:
* Processing invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and on time.
* Maintaining financial records, ledgers, and databases.
* Assisting in reconciling bank statements and financial discrepancies.
* Supporting month-end and year-end processes.
* Monitoring accounts receivable and following up on outstanding invoices.
* Preparing and issuing invoices as needed.
* Providing administrative support to the finance team as required.

To be successful for the Finance Assistant position, you must have experience with some or all of the above responsibilities.
