We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Coordinator for our Eastern region, covering various sites including Manningtree Park, West Mersea, and St Osyth Priory. The Customer Care Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. This role involves managing customer enquiries, resolving complaints, and coordinating with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills to help resolve all customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. They will also possess a customer-first mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

* Head Office or Manningtree Park.
Hours:
* 8.30-17.30
* Monday – Friday
Key Responsibilities:
* To create, deliver and continually improve the service provided to by the Customer Care Team, in order to achieve the Departmental and Corporate Objectives
* To handle all customer queries and complaints in a positive, professional and pro-active manner in order for them to be resolved as swiftly as possible.
* To ensure all issues are closed within service level agreements (SLA).
* To become the onsite ambassador for City and Country – Customer Care
* To continually achieve ‘Promoter’ scores on our Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
Qualifications / Skills:
* At least 3 years’ experience in a Customer facing role for a developer / house builder.
* Excellent and practical understanding of Coins, Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Ideally, Degree qualified.
* Excellent attention to detail, presentation and accuracy.
* Excellent communication skills – oral and written and at all levels
