Job summary The purpose of this role is to work alongside the People Support Manager in implementing the actions from the Inclusion Delivery Plan, aimed at improving outcomes for underrepresented groups and enhancing the workplace experience for all staff. This includes data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform meaningful and sustainable change. The role involves cross-team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and supporting equitable resource allocation for colleagues. Main duties of the job Support the implementation of the Inclusion Delivery Plan, working closely with action owners and stakeholders. Conduct data collection and analysis related to workforce representation, contributing to the development of an EDI dashboard. Provide administrative and strategic support to Staff Networks, committees, and steering groups, coordinating events and inclusion initiatives. Actively promote inclusive practices across all teams, helping leaders understand the value of EDI and its impact on healthcare outcomes. Monitor and evaluate action plans, ensuring best practices are applied. Guide staff in accessing appropriate support services, including Occupational Health, Employee Psychological Services, and Wellbeing Resources. Collaborate with Communications, Occupational Health, and Workforce teams to share updates and promote current initiatives. Maintain confidentiality while addressing staff concerns and safeguarding issues. Lead in the organisation and facilitation of learning events, workshops, presentations, and awareness campaigns to advance EDI efforts. Maintain and update the EDI intranet pages and team mailbox, ensuring timely communication and engagement.
