* Be the champion of the HRIS and People Trackers ensuring accurate data maintenance and reporting
* Be responsible for tracking HR data and prepare regular reports to the HR Team and wider business including but not limited to; new starters, leavers, talent and succession, absence and disciplinary data
* Support the HR Team by using data to identify trends
* Support the HR Team by performing market research and compliance research on topics including but not limited to; pay, benefits, recruitment, legislative updates.
* Be responsible for coordinating HR policy reviews by assessing legislative changes and identifying areas of improvement/changes in current policies
* Provide support to the IMS Team on ISO action tracking
* Be responsible for handling data requests (DSARs)
* Collate requested information from insurers regarding claims
* Maintain accurate document records for agency partners, ensuring periodic checks are completed (e.g. AWR reports / updates to TOBs and T &C’s)
* Support the HR Team in HR Projects by preparing research, drafts and best practice.
* Support the HR Manager to maintain the HR calendar (Training, projects, audits etc.)
* Coordinate and complete HR Audits (including self audits and agency audits), and provide data/trends/outcomes
