Position: Area Manager (Rented)
Location: Regular travel within the North East – Newcastle, Northumberland, North Tyneside & South Tyneside
Salary: Up to £46,537 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
About the Role:
As the Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving resident satisfaction within your area. You will be responsible for overseeing operations, providing leadership, and ensuring that high standards of service are maintained. With a focus on transformation and change, you will lead a large, remote team to deliver exceptional results while demonstrating commercial awareness and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team to deliver housing services that meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.
2. Ensure the efficient use of resources, prioritising tasks and managing time effectively.
3. Drive business transformation and change initiatives to improve performance and customer experience.
4. Provide strong leadership and coaching to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that resident needs are met, and expectations are exceeded.
6. Use your commercial awareness and business acumen to make data-driven decisions that drive success.
