Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Site based in Magherafelt
Salary: DOE (Competitive salary)
A growing company is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily site activities, ensuring compliance with company processes and contract requirements. The role involves monitoring work progress, managing on-site interfaces, and coordinating tasks to minimise health and safety risks, costs, and delays. You will maintain high-quality standards, keep detailed records, and support the Construction Manager throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate site records and report issues promptly.
2. Conduct site inductions and manage subcontractor activities.
3. Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and contractual standards.
4. Oversee and document deliveries, ensuring proper handling and storage.
5. Report any defective materials or substandard workmanship.
6. Participate in project handovers and provide necessary documentation.
7. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Essential Criteria:
1. CSR Site Supervisor card.
2. Valid UK driving license and access to transport.
3. Ability to interpret working plans and work independently.
4. Strong knowledge of construction health and safety legislation.
5. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Desirable Criteria:
1. First Aid at Work qualification.
2. Fire Warden qualification.
3. UK Driving Licence.
