Challenge-TRG are recruiting an Administrator for the Transport Department for our client GXO/BT based in Lutterworth, LE17 4XN.

Your pay rate as a full-time Administrator:
Annual salary: £27,043.44
Typical working hours as a full-time Administrator:
You will be working from 14:00 until 22:00, with PREMIUM night shift rate from 21:00.
Your role as a full-time Administrator:
1. Production of daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards and KPI reports for distribution operations ensuring quality and data accuracy in line with the agreed metrics and definitions.
2. Dealing with customer enquiries giving advice and carrying out full track and trace to resolution of customer enquiry via online tracking systems and Supply Chain helpdesks.
3. Active participation and attendance within distribution team meetings and audio calls.
4. To have sound knowledge of Supply Chain systems for reporting purposes including WMS / Socretes / Microlise / DLX / Tachomaster / Trailermaster.
5. Tachograph downloading of HGV vehicles.
6. Monitoring vehicle compliance. Uploading documents and calling out defects.
7. Own the de-briefing process, asking all the right questions to the drivers when they return to site with their paperwork.
8. Complete daily/weekly Time & Attendance system in order for the monthly payroll to be run. Collate any pay queries and report them back to the manager.
9. Weekly input of agency worked hours onto the Neuven system.
10. To assist the wider operation with flexible attendance patterns when required by your manager and supervisor.
11. To have the skillsets to cover all office operational tasks as and when required to support operational needs.
12. To develop and maintain effective relationships with key suppliers and internal business partners to support service improvement, this includes transformation managers, service delivery teams, and other operational units (e.g. warehousing).
13. Ensuring SC processes are performed in accordance with the SC Process Handbooks.
14. Advising other team members on working practices as necessary.
15. Complete all mandatory and Health & Safety training within set timescales.
16. Flexibility towards working pattern including overtime to support operational needs.
17. Report any near miss events, personal or vehicle accidents via GXO Fastworks.
18. PPE fit for purpose and worn at all times in line with local site requirements.
19. Demonstrate the values which embrace continuous improvement, effective continuous development, and high levels of engagement with the team.
20. Liase with the Facilities Team ensuring Depot jobs are reported and completed in a timely fashion.
