Sales Solutions Manager/Director - Datacentres
Work from Home - With travel to client sites
£Negotiable + Un-capped commission
My client are a small but rapidly growing company specialising in mechanical and electrical solutions for data centers. We excel in managing solutions for clients and we are often called in for the most challenging tasks.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage containerized solutions including UPS, power rooms, and advanced battery technology solutions
* Innovate and collaborate with tech teams to devise solutions.
* Attend client meetings and events in locations such as Las Vegas, Cannes, Hawaii, and travel across EMEA and regions including South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, and Lebanon.
* Proven sales track record with the ability to work closely with the design team.
* Combination of new business development and account management.
* You'll take design work, sit in client meetings, and effectively sell solutions.

Compensation:
* No cap on Commission/Bonus
* Commission paid quarterly
* 25 days holiday
