Job Description Job Title: Site Image Operative Account: BP Sunbury Region: BP EMEA Location: Sunbury-On-Thames Reports to: Workplace Manager Position, Purpose & Nature To carry out daily general duties assisting the workplace team maintain a clean and tidy environment by assisting with the collection and disposal of all waste streams, overall external cleanliness, and manage the service delivery of the monthly planned preventative maintenance (ppm) tasks and work order requests. Duties & Accountabilities Assist with providing positive, inclusive & delivery of all aspects of the workplace experiences on site. Assist with collection and disposal of all waste streams with contracted waste supplier. Manage day to day external cleaning, litter picking, external waste and general cleaning of external fixtures. Ensure that all tasks are undertaken is a safe manner and adhere both site and JLL safety policies. Manage and complete daily work orders and monthly ppm’s in a timely efficient manner. Carry out daily walk round checks of the site. Assist the workplace team with furniture moves Assist with adhoc requests by workplace events and experience team Hold a valid UK driving license. Completed all mandatory training in a timely manner. Dimensions ICBT – Incorporating 20 office buildings and laboratories. No direct reports Relationships JLL Workplace team and key on site supply partners. bp Clients & customers. Key Performance Indicators Goal attainment. Daily reporting. Work order administration. Successful customer engagement and experiences. Requirement Profile The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the following: Experience in working in a similar customer focused environment. Planning, Prioritising and Organising. Qualifications & Experience Workplace facilities experience in a service-related environment. Basic computer skills MS office applications.
