BOUTIQUE RESTAURANT NEW OPENING
LOCATION: WORCESTERSHIRE
SALARY: £40,000.00+ PACKAGE
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager / Sommelier to join and elevate the level of service and setup for our new opening team at this restored and relaunched high-end restaurant. The Restaurant Manager/Sommelier will collaborate with senior management to push for future growth while delivering the finest caliber of service to accompany the very best in UK and local seasonal produce, with a focus on ingredients from game, meat, fish, and top-quality seafood and crustacea.
The dining room offers a classy and intimate atmosphere, where attention to detail and personal service is essential. High-end hospitality is the driving factor.
As a manager, you will be the communication link and will work alongside a growing and solid group of junior staff. Restaurant Managers will be confident leaders who are also hands-on, running service with both senior and junior teams to deliver exceptional service.
Applicants should have a solid, recognized background in high-end rosette dining or hotels, possess a genuine passion for training and development, and be committed to providing great, uncomplicated modern service standards with a team-playing attitude.

1. Work Hours: 45 hours per week max
