We are looking for a Wedding Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time role.
As a Wedding Coordinator, you will run weddings, take charge of the order of the day, and lead the day appropriately.
This is an events-based role, so you will be expected to work some weekends and bank holidays as events are booked.
Admin is a large part of being a wedding coordinator, so you must have excellent computer skills and grammar.
We hire all our staff internally, so you wouldn't be working with agency staff and would be part of a small team as we are a relatively new but growing wedding venue.

* Venue Matchmaking: Showcase our venue like the dream it is, matching couples with their ideal setting.
* Celebrate Success: Dance, cheer, and maybe even ring a bell every time you close a deal!
* The serious bit: Work with the owners to execute strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed monthly booking targets.
* Contact and engage with inquiries and potential couples via email, phone, and external portals to book venue tours.
* Send surveys to couples who didn’t book with the venue after their tours.
* Maintain accurate sales administration.
* Attend weekly staff meetings as needed.
Requirements:
* Must have access to a vehicle and a Full UK driving licence.
* Must hold a Valid UK Passport or EU Citizens card.
* Must be flexible with the days and hours you can work as weddings can be hosted any day of the week with each wedding having different requirements.
* Must be able to work weekends.
* Must be happy to work longer weeks during the peak wedding season.
* Friendly, polite, and very presentable.
* Meticulous attention to detail is essential.
* Must have excellent computer skills.
