The Role
The Partnership Director will drive Insider’s growth by managing mutually beneficial relationships with channel partners. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to execute go-to-market strategies, onboarding, enablement, and business development with regional partners. This role requires a thorough understanding of Insider’s products, sales processes, and partner ecosystem to ensure effective collaboration and growth. Responsibilities include selection, onboarding, and transacting with partners.
The ideal candidate enjoys new challenges, demonstrates organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills, and works enthusiastically with colleagues to achieve organizational goals.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with Insider global offices to improve partnership practices, grow the partner portfolio, develop go-to-market plans, and manage and expand partnerships.
2. Manage your pipeline and generate leads for Insider global offices and the Partner Network.
3. Support onboarding processes and update partners on global partnership procedures.
4. Develop success plans to ensure adoption and expansion of Insider within partner clients.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to grow channels for Insider: Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success.
6. Negotiate partnership terms and present the Insider Partner Program.
Job Requirements
1. BS/BA degree required.
2. 10+ years in partner sales and business development.
3. Experience with B2B SaaS business models.
4. Experience in marketing technology SaaS and managing relationships with agencies, consultancies, and system integrators.
5. Proven success managing executive relationships with channel partners.
6. Ability to set targets and develop plans to achieve them.
7. Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify complex issues.
8. Excellent project management and content creation skills.
