Responsibilities:
1. Run a varied caseload including Wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, and estates.
2. Demonstrate excellent communication skills together with a strong client service ethic.
3. Take a pro-active approach to business development and developing your reputation within the marketplace.
4. Apply all basic legal principles within private practice confidently.
5. Complete files (from start to finish) with minimal supervision.
6. Keep up to date with developments within the law and share knowledge with others.
7. Advise clients on most matters within the practice area independently.
Qualifications:
You will have a minimum of 4 years PQE and will ideally be STEP qualified.
