The School:

A specialist Pupil Referral Unit in Croydon, South London, catering to 50 children of secondary ages who have struggled to access mainstream education. The students have been referred for various reasons, such as having an EHCP, being permanently excluded, or having prolonged periods of absence from school.


The Role:

As a Pupil Referral Unit TA, you will support a small number of secondary-aged students on a 1-1 basis. These students are on the pathways course at the school and cannot maintain classes within the PRU for various reasons. Experience in a similar setting is necessary to make a positive impact on the students.
