Job Title: VDC Manager
Location: Hybrid (London, 2-3 times per week)

The Role:
* Oversee and manage Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) processes, ensuring seamless integration with onsite project delivery.
* Act as a bridge between digital design and practical execution, applying your deep onsite construction knowledge to optimize workflows.
* Drive BIM adoption across projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement innovative solutions and deliver successful project outcomes.
The Requirements:
* Minimum of 7 years of onsite construction experience in roles such as Project Manager, Civil Engineer, or Structural Engineer.
* Strong background in BIM, with expertise in managing complex projects and implementing digital workflows.
* Proven ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams, bridging technical and practical aspects of construction.
* Passion for leveraging technology to enhance project efficiency and delivery.
The Package:
* Base Salary: £75k-£80k
