Charge Nurse RMN/RNLD required for a purpose-built 52-bedded acute mental health hospital, comprising of two adult acute wards and 2 Psychiatric Intensive Care Units. Our main focus is on patient experience right from the point of referral through to discharge and follow-on support. We provide services for local NHS patients and out-of-area patients from the NHS. The role of a Charge Nurse is to lead by example and be a role model for the nursing team. We are looking for an individual who is able to support junior staff in their professional development through excellent and effective clinical leadership, mentoring, teaching, and sharing of knowledge and practice.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Registered Learning Disability Nurses (RNLD) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an ACTIVE, NMC PIN Registration.
2. If you are motivated, flexible, and ready to take on a new challenge.
3. Would like to work as part of an established hospital, with a collaborative and supportive MDT, that provides a clear pathway for the patients in our care.
4. Focused on patient-centred care.
