Collaborate with consultants to keep diary availability current, ensuring scheduling is accurate and reflective of real-time changes.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, coordinating and sharing critical information via telephone and email to keep them informed and supported.
Regularly update internal scheduling systems with the status of visits, ensuring accurate and accessible records for team use.
Work seamlessly with other teams within the organisation, addressing scheduling queries, and providing necessary information to support broader operational goals.
