Job Advert Direct Sales Advisor - Change of Tenancy Job type: Full Time - Permanent Reporting to Head of Direct Sales Salary £24,800 base salary with OTE of £40k 37.5 hrs per week (9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday) About Everflow Everflow is a multi-utility retail company forming part of the Everflow Group. We are the fastest growing water retail company in the UK, with a focus on SME businesses. Working within a diverse, fast paced team you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries as well as outbound calling for cross selling multiple utilities, and winning new business, initially with a focus on commercial water as the primary sale and waste and telecoms as cross sell. Role Overview: As a Change of Tenancy Sales Advisor, you will be an integral part of our direct sales team, specialising in managing all aspects related to the Change of Tenancy (COT) contract sale cycle. Your role will involve ensuring a smooth customer experience for incoming tenants of Everflow supplied properties, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional service throughout the process. Key Responsibilities: Proactively contact customers who are on out of contract rates (OCR) to discuss contractual options. Negotiate contract terms with customers, ensuring that both parties reach a mutually beneficial agreement. Maintain accurate records of all contract renewal activities in our CRM system. Work closely with the change of tenancy and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey when coming into contract. Actively promote and lead generate for the additional utility services provided by Everflow. Address any customer concerns or questions regarding the contracting process, providing clear and helpful information. Skills and Qualifications: Experience in sales/customer service not essential but preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and concisely. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
